I have been running Adventure Babies Classes for almost 7 years now. I love Adventure Babies because it has books at the heart of every Adventure and I’m a real book worm.
Our classes are stimulating and educational. They build on literature and language through sensory play and storytelling.
When my son Lyons was born I read to him. While breast-feeding we read Rudyard Kipling’s – The Jungle Book and now he’s older with a little sister in tow, we choose a different book each night to help them wind-down before bed.
Before Adventure Babies, I worked in education with people in a pastoral role. I am also a fully qualified Early Years Teacher. Before I became a mum I travelled extensively and worked as a Scuba Diver!
I love being a mum. It’s the best job in the world – I also love owning my own business and getting to watch children grow from newborns in to toddlers whilst coming to my sessions. Seeing what the children and parents get out of Adventure Babies sessions really makes me love what I do!
I’m a strong believer in building a community through my classes. So many mums tell me that they have met lifelong friends through my classes, which is genuinely why I do what I do. I would be honoured to be given the opportunity to take you and your little ones on an Adventure to remember!
