Join us for a Bugs and Butterflies Storytelling in the Meadow event. We are so thrilled to announce another collaboration with Gather, a beautiful meadow space in Morpeth.
We’ll enjoy this beautiful outdoor setting as we bring a bug themed story to life using interactive storytelling with beautiful natural outside play opportunities.
Our 1 hour long session includes:
🌿Story time under a gorgeous canopy
🌿Themed play time including hunting for bugs and butterflies, painting using natural resources, messy play and sensory exploration
🌿Parachute time, music, bubbles and songs
🌿Time to chat, meet people and enjoy the meadow
🌿The 2-5 year session includes a delicious lunch box from Market Place in Morpeth. Feel free to bring a picnic along too!
Gather will have their delicious coffee van open on the day for purchasing drinks and sweet treats and there will be toilet facilities on site too. We will run the session in a more shaded area if it’s sunny but please bring weather appropriate belongings.
Numbers are limited for this event and we hope lots of you can make it along. Please bring along any extra adults, our space is a beautiful environment to be enjoyed by all of the family.
Who for:
10am – session for under 2’s
11.30am 2-5 years – includes lunch box. Babies in arms do not need to be booked onto the session and can come along.
Where:
Gather is a walk-in only space and there is no on site parking and exact location will be sent to ticket holders before the event. It will be a great opportunity to connect outside, meet new people, enjoy coffee, let our children roam whilst enjoying the structured activities.
Our activity is weather dependent as always with our outdoor events and if a cancellation is needed, an alternative date will be scheduled.
