Join us for a cosy season of magical stories, sensory exploration and winter adventures at Totton & Eling Community Centre!
Each week, we’ll bring a different story to life through sensory and messy play, music, movement, props, bubbles and plenty of opportunities for little ones to explore at their own pace.
Adventure Babies classes are designed to encourage a love of books from the very beginning while supporting communication, sensory development, curiosity, confidence and those all-important early social skills.
🌟 Tiny Adventurers – 0–12 Months
Wednesdays at 10:00am
Our Tiny Adventurers class is specially designed for babies from birth to 12 months.
This is our gentler, less mobile session, giving babies plenty of opportunity to experience stories through sights, sounds, textures, music and sensory play. Activities support early communication, sensory awareness and development while giving you and your baby some lovely quality time together.
Some babies in this group may already be starting to move and explore – and that’s absolutely fine!
🌟 Mini Adventurers – 6 Months–2 Years
Wednesdays at 11:15am
Our Mini Adventurers session is designed for older babies and toddlers who are ready for a little more freedom to explore.
This is our mover group, but don’t worry – your baby does not need to be crawling or walking to join us! We simply recommend that babies are able to sit independently so they can comfortably take part in the more active sensory activities and exploration.
Expect interactive storytelling, music, movement and plenty of hands-on sensory and messy play, with lots of opportunities for little ones to investigate, move around and enjoy the adventure in their own way.
