We are thrilled to be continuing classes in Hexham and we’re back with a new 5 week term! Our Hexham sensory storytelling classes are on each Wednesday morning and are jam packed full of fun!
Each week we will be bringing a brilliant book to life using interactive storytelling, sensory props, messy play, lights, parachutes and much more! Our classes are so different each week with exciting story themes and are designed to stimulate all of your little one’s senses.
Our classes are very interactive with our story section supporting early reading and listening skills and then little ones get a chance to move around our room exploring play areas including some messy play and our amazing dark den! All of this fun supports language and communication development whilst stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections.
Our Hexham sensory storytelling will take place at The Torch Centre, Corbridge Road, Hexham NE46 1QS. The hall is spacious with easy access for pushchairs and baby changing facilities within a central location to local amenities in Hexham. There is a carpark beside the centre (behind Hexham bus station) which is free to park with a disc.
Wednesday 27th April – Wednesday 25th May 2022

We will be running 2 groups for different developmental stages of your little one:
Tiny Adventurers – for the youngest, non-mobile babies from birth. They will be lying down or sitting rather than crawling.
Mini Adventurers – for more active mobile babies including crawlers and walkers up to 3 years old.
What’s it all about?
