Portishead October sensory storytelling sessions! We are back for even more adventures! Following the success and fast sell out of our launch term, I’m very pleased to bring you a 3 week Portishead October sensory storytelling Adventure term.
We know that many parents are keen to meet face to face and enjoy the countless benefits of our classes so we’re really pleased to get started again.
Our number one priority during the physical sessions is safety and we have introduced new safety measures following government guidelines. These include smaller group sizes, safe distancing and use of hand sanitiser. Wearing a face covering whilst entering, leaving and moving around the hall is also a requirement. There have also been further format changes.
Sessions are suitable for little ones aged up to 3 years. I must stipulate that you are responsible for socially distancing your baby/toddler and that Adventure Babies and myself cannot take any responsibility for how the babies interact with each other during the sessions. Please only book up if you are happy to agree to these terms.
My Portishead sensory storytelling sessions for babies and toddlers take place at Avon Way Hall which is a large, light bright and airy hall. They have made changes to follow guidelines around Covid-19. There’s a large car park on site, easy access for pushchairs and toilet facilities. There’s also the added bonus of a brilliant coffee shop underneath for the all important coffee and catch up after adventure time!
Term dates; 3 weeks 7th, 14th and 21st October 2020.

Tiddlers – for babies aged up to 0-8 months approx. Cuddly babies who may also be sitting unaided. They haven’t mastered crawling yet.
Crawling Caterpillars – 0-12 months. Babies from birth as well as those who are sitting, rolling and have started to crawl and become more active.
Active Adventurers – 12-36 months. Little ones who are actively moving around.
For all groups, only one parent is allowed to attend with baby to minimise numbers in the hall. As the parent/carer, it is your responsibility to ensure your little one maintains social distancing whilst attending the group and I appreciate your support in this.
