Come and join our Friday Sensory Storytelling classes at The Den in Ponteland! We have a brand new 6 week course during September and October and our Ponteland Sensory Storytelling classes are jam packed full of fun! Please note this term is 6 weeks long with a break week on Friday 16th September where there will be no classes.
Each week we will be bringing a different brilliant book to life through interactive storytelling, sensory props, messy play and much more!
Our sensory classes are very interactive and we have so much in store for you! Our sessions are carefully planned to bring brilliant books to life for your little one:
a different exciting story theme each week with puppets and props themed sensory and messy play beautiful handmade parachutes with sensory lights time to explore and play with your little one time to meet and chat to other parents supports a love of reading from a very early ageAll of this fun supports language and communication development whilst also stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections.
Venue?
Our Ponteland sensory storytelling classes will take place at The Den, located behind Henry’s Hut in Ponteland, Callerton Lane NE20 9EY Newcastle upon Tyne, UK The room is spacious with easy access for pushchairs, baby changing facilities, lots of parking and in a central location to local amenities in Ponteland.
When?
Friday 9th September – Friday 21st October 2022.

Who for?
Our classes are separated by developmental stage and you are welcome to book the most suitable one for your child.
Tiny Adventurers – for the youngest, non-mobile babies. They will be lying down or sitting rather than crawling.
Mini Adventures – for more active babies who are on the move including crawling, walking and up to age 3.
