Description
Come and join our Halloween storytelling Spooktacular at St Andrew’s URC in Monkseaton on Thursday 24th October!
At our Monkseaton halloween special classes, we will be bringing a Halloween themed book to life using spooky interactive storytelling, frightful sensory props, ghoulish messy play plus a free gift, craft activity and treats! Fancy dress is encouraged but isn’t essential! Our classes are very interactive with our story section supporting early reading and listening skills then little ones get a chance to move around our room exploring play areas including some messy play and our amazing dark den! All of this fun supports language and communication development whilst also stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections.
Venue?
St Andrews United Reformed Church is a lovely, bright and friendly building in central Monkseaton. There is parking available on-street in the surrounding streets outside of the church. Classes will be held in the main hall. It is fully accessible with plenty of space inside the building or the hall for pushchairs. It has a nice seating area in the foyer and easily accessible baby changing facilities.
